Hello netlanders. Some time ago a p.d. fireworks program (explo203.zoo) was submitted to the net. I have been trying to compile this great fireworks program without success. I am able to compile the programs without errors, but when I try to run the resulting .exe file it leads to catastroffic (spelling !!!??) results. If I run it on a computer with a monochrom screen, the screen gets filled with dots and then the computer simple freezes. When I tried to run it on computer with a VGA screen, no fireworks where displayd, but the screen got filled with dots of some color, then it halted for a brief period of time and the the screen was filled again with dots of some other color and so on. Since the orginal .zoo file has got a .exe file that runs without any problems I would like to know what I am doing wrong. If anyone has tried to compile those programs with good results then please email me and tell me what I need to do to get my .exe file rigth ?. I am using Masm v4.0 and TurboC v1.5 or Turbo C++. I did try to write the author at dlo@ubc-idacom.cs.ubc.cathis but my letter did not get through. Does anyone know the author and/or his address ?
