Could someone please POST the binaries for a PC compatable UUCP emulator and a PC Netnews reader?? and the documention on how to use them.. Many of our users have requested such so they can read News local on their own PC's. Instead of tying up the main-system. Thanks a Million

Well, for a start you can look on simtel20 (or it's convient mirror
site wuarchive.wustl.edu) in mirrors/msdos/uucp at uupc. uupc is a
uucp implimentation for ibm pc's. You are on the internet (assumed
from your address) so you can get these. If what you want is to read
nntp news on you pc (and you have these pcs on the ether) then try
mirrors/msdos/ka9q-tcpip. I'm less familiar with this but I think
this is the right direction.
