[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] WANTED: Good Source of IBM-PC

noring@netcom.COM (Jon Noring) (06/05/91)

Hello,

The title says just about all. Basically, I'm looking for an Internet site
that archives a good selection of up-to-date shareware and freeware games
for the pc - the kind found on most local BBS's.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Jon

Now I am not saying that all out games ftp sites won't exist, but
don't set your hopes too high. The purpose of (most?) ftp sites is
not recreational. For example garbo archives only has games that
have an educational flavor (see the /pc/ts and /pc/games
directories), and a few good other games as examples.
