Being a non-C person, I could use some help on this item. I have gotten UUXFER20 to compile, link, and run fine on my PC. When I take the source and put it on a VAX/VMS environment, it compiles and links fine there. And I can get it to compile and link on a Convex unix system. But, on these last two systems, the executable won't find the input file (for decoding). It just says "Unable to open file XXX for input" (Or something like that).
