I heard that the source code for working with TCP/IP protocol is available via FTP. Anyone know where I can find it? Thanks jhufnagl@magnus.ircc.ohio-state.edu hufnagle.1@osu.edu jdh@csi.compuserve.com CompuServe: 70004,162

TCP/IP packages that comes with source:
WATTCP on sunee.uwaterloo.ca in pub/wattcp - socket library based on packet
drivers. TC & TC++. Seems to
need tasm for certain asm files.
Some example applications, proper
printed documentation available.
PCIP on netlab.usu.edu in [NETWATCH] - The old pcip distribution with
some enhancements.
SNUZ on c.scs.uiuc.edu - A PC news reader based on PCIP.
NCSA Telnet on zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu - Telnet, ftp, lpr, etc. comes with
in NCSA_Telnet/PC.2.3beta source. Big and perhaps a bit low
on documentation.
POP mail on trident.arc.nasa.gov - POP mail client. Needs to be
modified to work with third party
socket libraries.
RRN on cica.cica.indiana.edu - Windows news reader source. Needs
third party socket libraries.
PACKET DRIVER on sun.soe.clarkson.edu - Provides a generic API to a wide
in /pub/ka9q range of ethernet cards. SLIP for
serial connections. Converter
between IPX and packet driver
API. And more.
PRINTNET on sun.soe.clarkson.edu - Provides printer port redirection
in /pub/ka9q (?) over the net. Uses packet driver.
I don't know if the sources are
included here, but the sources
have been released.
