I heard that the source code for working with TCP/IP protocol is available
via FTP.  Anyone know where I can find it?

TCP/IP packages that comes with source:

WATTCP on sunee.uwaterloo.ca in pub/wattcp - socket library based on packet
                                             drivers. TC & TC++. Seems to
                                             need tasm for certain asm files.
                                             Some example applications, proper
                                             printed documentation available.


PCIP on netlab.usu.edu in [NETWATCH]       - The old pcip distribution with
                                             some enhancements.

SNUZ on c.scs.uiuc.edu                     - A PC news reader based on PCIP.

NCSA Telnet on zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu        - Telnet, ftp, lpr, etc. comes with
            in NCSA_Telnet/PC.2.3beta        source. Big and perhaps a bit low
                                             on documentation.

POP mail on trident.arc.nasa.gov           - POP mail client. Needs to be
                                             modified to work with third party
                                             socket libraries.

RRN on cica.cica.indiana.edu               - Windows news reader source. Needs
                                             third party socket libraries.

PACKET DRIVER on sun.soe.clarkson.edu      - Provides a generic API to a wide
              in /pub/ka9q                   range of ethernet cards. SLIP for
                                             serial connections. Converter
                                             between IPX and packet driver
                                             API. And more. 

PRINTNET on sun.soe.clarkson.edu           - Provides printer port redirection
         in /pub/ka9q (?)                    over the net. Uses packet driver.
                                             I don't know if the sources are
                                             included here, but the sources
                                             have been released.
