FFT142.ZIP      Fast Fourier transforms, with C source

For the forward transform, both padding and supergaussian windowing
are implemented.  Examples are included showing the effect of windowing.

An '87 numeric coprocessor is used if available.  File formats are
the same as for my GRAPH program.
