[net.games.trivia] last needed innovation for skyscrapers

I believe that the last innovation necessary had to do with
running water for sinks and toilets.  From what I remember
from a college architecture class, the problem was first
solved using a series of pumps and storage tanks to get the
water to the upper floors.

And it is still done this way.
