[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Looking for MS 5.0 compatible version of maxi15.zip

I use a program called maxi15.zip to format my floppy disks to higher
capacities.  The program does this by overwritting the boot sector.
Does anyone know if there's a MS-Dos 5.0 compatible version of this
program?
