Hear Ye, Hear Ye,
In the ultimate wisdom of the computing staff at the
State University of New York at Buffalo, (UB), the students
have been robbed of our beloved MUSIC board in BULLETIN and
have been forced to leap head first into the illustrious world
of NEWS. If this is a Networked equivilant, why are there only
four posts?
Our tastes could best be described, in general, as the format
used in the Hard Rock Cafe (at least in Toronto). Pink Floyd,
Peter Gabriel, Led Zepplin, et all, with the favorite band being
the canadian trio of Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, and Neil Peart.. RUSH..
Some "new wave" is mentioned, but will not make it's way here..
Please bear with us through the transition stage, our consultant
left a message telling us only of "REC.MUSIC". They do not even
mention this one. I hope we shall survive this tragedy, and hope
to create a great corespondence with the world.
