I am preparing a bibliography on AI in Modelling and Simulation.
The cross index (both KWICK and KWOCK) is already over 150 pages.
I would appreciate receiving hardcopies of any material which might be
added to this state-of-the-art bibliography. Please make it sure that
full bibliographic information on source and date of publication are
also included.

Theses, Technical Reports, Journal and Proceeding Articles, and Chapters
of Books are all welcome. If you are editing a Book or a Proceedings,
the Table of Contents would be very usefull.

The material can be mailed to:

    Prof. Tuncer I. Oren
    Computer Science Department
    University of Ottawa
    Ottawa, Ont. K1N 9B4
    Canada

      e-mail: tiosl@uottawa.bitnet

Thank you for your prompt co-operation.

Has anyone ported the NEST Network Simulation package of Columbia
to the Sun-386i workstations or to the Sun-4 series workstations?
If so, I would like to hear of your experience.

                          AI & Simulation Conference
                              March 28-31 1989
                               Tampa, Florida

This is a request for abstracts for the AI & Simulation Conference which
is held yearly as a part of the SCS (Society for Computer Simulation)
Eastern Multi-Conference. If you are interested in organizing a session
or writing a paper, please contact me (at the e-mail address below).
Abstracts are due by the end of AUGUST (AT THE LATEST) - abstracts can
be anywhere from 100 to 600 words. This has been a very well attended
conference in the past and we expect a large turnout for this upcoming
conference.

There are 5 other conferences held as part of the 1989 Eastern Multi-
Conference depending on your special interests: Distributed Simulation,
Simulators VI, 22nd Annual Simulation Symposium, Tools for the
Simulationist, and MAPCON: MultiProcessor and Array Processor
Conference. Please contact SCS for further information on these
conferences: SCS can be reached at (619)-277-3888.
