This is directed at mailing list maintianers. BU-CS and BU-IT are delivering duplicate TELECOM digests to various people. While we don't completely understand the problem technically, it seems to be that while host1's sendmail is sending to host 2's sendmail, host2's sendmail times out and delivers the message, host 1's sendmail times out and requeues the message to try again. I'd like to find out some way to prevent this. Any ideas? --jsol p.s. this doesn't apply to anyone not using TCP/IP/SMTP.
