Uh, I do believe that her middle name was Lerna. There was an episode
where she has her whole family brought into the apt, and they all
had 3 names. The 1st 2 always rhymed.

If you remember, Myrna had an accent and pronounced Turner as Turna.
So all three names rhymed, to her she was Myrna Lenra Turna.

PS As a bonus: What was the name of Myrna's husband, and who played him
on the show? (Sadly, I can remember only his first name) 2. Where did
Myrna go to college, and what was her chief extracirricular activity?

Since Odd Couple trivia seemed to catch on so well, I decided
to compile a list of quotes. You see, my brothers and sister and I
used to watch Odd Couple ALL the time and we got to know the
shows forward and backward. So, we invented this little game.
Someone would say a quote and the rest of the family would have
to guess:
	a) who said the quote
	b) who were they saying it to
	c) what show was it from
	d) any surrounding lines/info that they knew.

The rules to the game were:
	a) the quote had to be unique (ie. only used in one show)
	b) the quote had to be spoken in the same manner
as it was in the show.
	c) if no one was able to come up with which show it was
from, you had to be willing to give a hint (which
typically meant another line from the same show).

The following 52 quotes (I was only going to post 50, but I liked
them all and could not decide which 2 to cut) meet the above criteria.
Unfortunately, due to the electronic medium, I cannot satisfy item b of
the rules. However, I have tried to indicate tone of voice, etc. through
the use of punctuation and CAPITAL letters. This will have to suffice.

In an effort to compensate for the above shortcoming, I will tell you
that some of the quotes below belong to the same show. So some will
act as hints for others.

The quotes are rated E (for easy), M (for medium), and H (for hard).
I arrived at the rating system in the following manner.
	a) A quote was rated E if some word or words in the
quote clearly hinted at the major theme in the episode
OR the line was so specific that it could clearly only
	   be in one show.

	b) A quote was rated M if some word or words hinted
at a subplot of the episode, OR if the line only left
a few shows as possibilities for answers.

	c) A quote was rated H if the line only had to do with
a minor point in the story OR if the line could conceivably
	   be attributed to many shows.

I would expect most people who have seen Odd Couple with any regularity
to get the easy quotes and some (if not most) of the ones of medium
difficulty. The hard quotes are for hard-core fans and I would expect
most people to require further hints before being able to figure them
out. Also note that the ordering within a category is strictly alpha-
betical; no attempt was made to order the level of difficulty within
each category.

PLEASE, do not post your answers to the net. Mail your answers
to me. I would like to see how well people do and I will compose
a list of the right answers giving credit to the people who got
them correct (if space permits). If anyone would like some hints
(of the type mentioned in item c of the rules) mail a list
of the questions to me (use the numbers supplied) to which you would
like hints. If the request for hints is large, I will post a set
of them to the net in a few weeks time.

If the response is good, I am sure I and my family could compile
another list. Let's see how this one goes over.

Good Luck!

the wording or punctuation is incorrect, or if they feel that the
above quotes are not unique to one show, send me mail. I'd
be happy to post a correction.
