[comp.mail.sendmail] I hate Sun sendmail.cf -- what do I do ?

I hate SunOS 4.0.1 sendmail.cf.  I cannot seem to get smartuucp to 
work correctly.  The TCP mailer part works just fine.  My machine 
is called "lectroid.sw.stratus.com" and the YP domain is
"lectroid.sw.stratus.com" (the same).  When I use the smartuucp 
mailer --it sends the mail so that when it is received at a uucp 
site it reads like:

     From: sw.stratus.com!joe_bloe

why is this ?

Can someone post me a good sendmail.cf file for a Sun which has many clients 
(diskless) and mailserves many machines.....
