Sigh... it looks like the days of dabbling in the esoteric innards of sendmail.cf's have come to an end. Now I gotta *understand* the thing. I have gathered unto me the obvious things, like the sendmail source, the Sendmail guide that you get in the 4.3 BSD Sysadmin's guide, and lots of Diet Pepsi. But that can't be all there is. If you have anything that explains rulesets, how they are applied, how to use -bt, I would appreciate receiving a copy. I'll take your commented .cf, your notes, your paper, anything that might help. I'm running 5.59+IDA on a 4.3BSD system, 5.58 on a CX/UX (a mix of 4.2 and SysV) system, and 4.12 (yeuch) on a bunch of SysV machines. I've inherited the current setup (hi Scott).
