I am a novice to sendmail and have just reached the point where being able
to debug would be very nice. So I look it up in my trusty guide, and it
says "for a complete list of the available debug flags you will have
to look at the code."
<lights a small match>
But Sequent, in their great and mysterious way decided that they
didn't need to include the source.
<blows it out>
So, I am in sort of a pickle and I would appreciate a copy of the debug
information. Any recommendations for debug levels and which task a
certain level is suited for is also appreciated. Thanks.

I have been fighting with sendmail for 3 or 4 years now in earnest, and running a mail gateway -- sometimes even successfully :-). Anyway, I have never had need for the various debug levels, etc. I do everything with sendmail -bt and test the rule sets etc. You probably can also. (I mean if *I* can, anyone can...) Fred
