I remember Lancelot Link. It was essentially a Get-Smart takeoff
with chimpanzees in costumes as all the characters.
The theme song was:

and Dragon Woman is pretty but she's wicked all the same

In the book _Kids'_TV_-_The_First_25_Years_, it says that
18 live chimpanzees were used, dressed in hats and coats and trained
to emulate their human counterparts. Lancelot Link, the lead chimp,
portrayed a bumbling espionage agent employed by A.P.E.
(the Agency to Prevent Evil). Their enemy was C.H.U.M.P.
(Criminal Headquarters for Underground Master Plan).
