We are just getting connected to the Internet, and I need to reconfigure sendmail. This is the sendmail that comes with SunOS 4.0.3, although I'm not using their configuration file. We have private gateways to Netnorth (Bitnet) and CDNnet (X.400). I have Sun's sendmail.mx, but I don't know what is needed in the configuration file to accomodate it. Somehow, I would like detect addresses that are MXed to the official gateways for my two networks, and reroute them to my private gateways. Can somebody advise me the best way to do this? By the way, we also have a few hosts with local uucp connections, and many hosts on the campus ethernet.
