I am looking for a way to gateway messages from a PC-based email system to and from Unix sendmail. The PCs are running NFS, which means they store their mail on Unix directories (the Unix host is a Sun SPARCserver). The PC mail system hasn't been selected yet, but may use Action/Novell MHS as a mail format (I understand this is *not* the same as X.400 MHS). Does anyone know of a software product that runs on a SPARC platform which will gateway Action/Novell MHS format to and from Unix sendmail? I've already contacted DaVinci and ccMail (PC email vendors) and Touch Communications (mail gateway software); they have solutions which require a separate PC to provide connectivity between the PC network and the Unix side (which we already have since the PCs use NFS and TCP/IP). -- John Ciccarelli Plexus Software, 5200 Great America Pkwy, Suite 200, Santa Clara CA 95054 email: ...sun!plx!johnc, voice: 408-982-4842, fax: 408-727-4864
