[comp.mail.sendmail] Any documentation on changes between releases of sendmail?

Pardon my ignorance, but is there any documentation that describes the
differences between releases of sendmail?  I'm particularly interested
in the differences between 5.61 --> 5.64, and 5.64 --> 5.65.

I seem to remember that comp.bugs.4bsd.ucb-fixes had some info on
this, but the articles expired long ago.  Is there some place where
the info is deposited?  I.e., is there some standard place that I'm
supposed to go to find out this information?
