This has probably come up before.. my apologies. Does anyone have a tool that analyzes sendmail log output (e.g. Nov 13 12:25:20 noc sendmail[23683]: AA23683: message-id=<9011131823.AA24370@che msun.chem.umn.edu> Nov 13 12:25:20 noc sendmail[23683]: AA23683: from=<craig@chemsun.chem.umn.edu>, size=1430, class=0, received from uc.msc.umn.edu (137.66.12.3) ) and builds a nice report? Something like: n Total pieces of mail processed. (n-a) Delivered (n-b) Bounced (n-c) Still in queue. Local senders: <person1> -> <destination1> -> <destination2> . . . . -> <destinationn> <person2> -> <destination1> -> <destination2> . . . . -> <destinationn> Machines contacted: <machine1> a times <machine2> b times . . . <machinen> z times Machines contacting us: <machine1> a times <machine2> b times . . . <machinen> z times Hmm.. Didn't mean to write a specification. Thanks .. -Jeff -- Jeff A. Wabik E/Mail: jwabik@msc.umn.edu Minnesota Supercomputer Center AT&T: +1 612 626 0211 Minneapolis, MN FAX: +1 612 624 6550
