Hello, The problem is as follows : A Vaxstation 3200, Ultrix 3.1, Sendmail 5.64+IDA. When root send mail to a local mailbox , I get the error message : 554 <user@ub4b>... unknown mailer error 255 When a "normal user" sends a mail to a local mailbox, there is no problem. So root has less authority then another user ??? There is no problem when the mail comes in over the network (or goes out). Does anyone know what the problem is ??????????
