[comp.mail.sendmail] Address conversation for PERL wanted

I am searching for a conversion routine written in PERL which does
the following:

	what%ever!some,@pervert:mail%address-style@may!ever%exist

		--->

	what!ever!some!pervert!mail!address-style!may!ever!exist

or: convert some pervert mail address style to bang style (I know that
the example above is not correct on the rhs, please forgive my laziness).
