I'm trying to reach someone in Colombia, South America. They've just been connected to E-mail and have sent me a letter containing the following passage: "The network is DELPHI (part of International Telematics INC. in MIami). They provide the electronic mail service for COLDAPAC which is our local network." I guess the first thing to do would be to contact DELPHI, so could anyone tell me how this is done, please? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Bill Bennett.
