[comp.mail.sendmail] sendmail for SysV...where?

I am looking for a sendmail version that runs on SysV machines.
The normal distributed <= 5.65 version is too much BSD. Since
I work in a money-making environment I can't afford to spend
days on conversions.
Who knows where to get ? (BTW, I don't have FTP yet)
