This was discussed on the net last year over the course of several weeks, and though I don't remember the final authoritative response, I seem to recall that a large number (most?) of those who replied thought that Jeannie's sister's name was "Jeannie." -- Cameron C. Hmm. I don't know the answer to the question, but Samantha's cousin on "Bewitched" was Serena, not Sabrina. Sabrina was a cartoon character of the show "Sabrina the Teenage Witch."
