If you want it compiled/ready/go then you could get ours. Note taht it's not
the most recent version but it works (for us) with 10.2 and 10.3

Yes there is.  The UIUC/NIU version of the IDA sendmail is running on
numerous 10.{1,2,3} systems here and at other sites.  It's available
for anon-FTP from uxc.cso.uiuc.edu in pub/sendmail-5.65b+IDA-1.4.3.tar.Z .
Please read the INSTALL and src/Makefile carefully.

A new version with enhanced System 5 and (perhaps) Apollo portability
will be released in about two more weeks as 5.65c.
