Foghorn (after hound dog has jammed pumpkin onto his head): "Now you know, you just know ahm gonna do something about this." By the way, does anyone know if that hound had a name, and if so, what it was? Also, I seem to vaguely remember a cartoon with these two characters where there was also a weasel or something that kept playing the two of them off against each other. It seemed that there was a wishing well of some sort, and Foghorn and the hound kept winding up falling or diving into it, after which the other would fold the well up into a tiny bundle. (ouch!) In the episode with the weasel, the weasel is Foghorn's ally with many memorable quotes: "... You pull the pin on the hand grenade; I'll pin him down with mortar fire; you'll and I'll and we'll -- hee, hee, hee..." The episode you're referring to had an unnamed fox pit the two against each other. In one ploy, the fox poses as a swami and sells a good luck charm for catching fish to Foghorn (what would a rooster do with fish?). The charm is actually the folded dog. Foggy blows on the charm 3 times and throws it over his shoulder as the swami had instructed. The charm goes into the well, the dog climbs out and folds Foggy up and performs the same procedure on him. Eventually the two team up and give the fox his just desserts. "Lotsa fish?" "Grreat quantities!" How about Foggy's college chum -- Rhode Island Red?
