Okay, here's a copy of Michael's Shell, Version 1.00.  I wrote it, and
its shareware, sen me $30 if you like it, just read the instructions.

The program was packed with BLU, then Executionered.  I don't trust
Shrinkit and Binscii.

[ I've converted it to binscii ascii format -paul nakada]

The program is a user-interface shell that places itself between the
user and Prodos.  It includes disk-based commands and some macro
ability,  in addition to what I'll call RAM-based Hardware.

That is, it includes programs (CLOCK and ICLOCK) that install themselves
and act as if you owned a card for that purpose.  Also SHORT, which
can be accessed at any time by taking input from slot 1.

The instructions are actully for a later version of Shell I'm developing.
I'll decide whether or not to release this version (2.00) when I
see what kind of support I get back from the people that use shell.
