Have you tried looking in the 'TV Theme Song Book II' (or some title like that). I saw the book only shortly in a bookstore and I thought the theme was in there. For other theme songs, you can also check the 'TV Theme Song Book', which I have a copy of. It has the themes for Addam's Family, Bonanza, ( I didn't bring it in soon enough before the question for those lyrics were posted) ,and even lyrics for Star Trek and Leave It To Beaver, to name just a few. Many of the songs come with the music so you can play them on your favorite instrument. Scott A. Stewart LMSC - Sunnyvale

[The postman hits! --More--] [You have new mail.] > > now I hope someone can help me. I need the words to > the theme song of The Partridge Family tv show. Don't confuse > this with The Brady Bunch("Here's a story of a lonely lady..."). How about this: Come on now and meet everybody And hear us singin' There's nothing better than being together When we're singin' Five of us and Mom working all day We knew we could make it if our music would pay And Danny got Reuben to sell our song And it really came together when Mom sang along Come on now and meet everybody And hear us singin' There's nothing better than being together When we're singin' When we're singin' When we're singin' This is from memory, so there may be a word or two off: I haven't seen any Partridge Family reruns in a long time. NOW -- for some true trivia: can anyone recite the lyrics to the other TWO theme songs? The first theme appeared only on the pilot episode; the second is the one listed above, and the third had the same melody as the second, but had different lyrics, and was called "Come on Get Happy." Any takers? Any replies should be posted to a more appropriate newsgroup -- let's keep this discussion to net.games.trivia where it belongs. Bill
