[comp.binaries.apple2] Keyboard Buffering on IIc's

Cut off the header and trailer of this file and EXEC
This produces a binary file which, when BRUN, turns on keyboard buffering on
IIc's.  To read the keyboard, use the standard input as usual.  (JSR RdKey)
Try it with a slow Applesoft program.  Of course, programs that don't use 
standard input can't use this.
