[ I know I'll regret this ] I realize this doesn't belong in net.GAMES.trivia, but this does seem to be the most trivial newsgroup, and the range of expertise (or people who think they are experts) on the net continues to amaze me. So here goes: 1. Does anybody know why the drug CONTACT in the USA changed its formula a few years back from 50 to 75mg phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride, replacing the 0.25mg belladonna alkaloids by chlorpheniramanic maleate? 2. And why does the English drug of the same name still use the old formula? 3. Any why are the colors on the capsules different in England and the US? (actually, the last one is probably easy. Studies of hundreds of English housewives have probably proved conclusively that they think a pale orange color on a pill looks more ``medical like'' than one that is a bright fire engine red). (maybe this sould have gone to net.internat; then spaf would REALLY have something to complain about).
