[comp.binaries.apple2] Updated Grammar Checker

A few months ago, a grammar checker was posted on the net. It made use of
Ultramacros 3.1 under Appleworks 3.0. I have debugged it as well as made
some improvements. The original documentation is included.

As usual, use Binscii and Shrinkit to extract the files.
