I'm new at this game, so bear with me. My understanding is that binscii and shrinkit are two different utilities, both of which are usually used when posting to comp.binaries.apple2. Someone kindly posted binscii and sciibin, but nothing (so far) came accross for shrinkit. Is it also PD, and if so, how does one go about acquiring it.
