The "diagnostics" disk you uploaded this week is Apple's Dealer Diagnostic disk.

It is the copyrighted property of Apple Computer, and you (nor any other
group, electronic or otherwise) has permission or license to distribute it.

The copyright notice is on the disk label for all instances of authorized
distribution of the disk, and may account for why no copyright notice appears
within the program itself.

I will be discussing this with Software Licensing tomorrow morning, but your
smartest move for the time being is to IMMEDIATELY "C"ancel the articles posted
to comp.binaries.apple2 so further distribution of Apple software under your
name doesn't happen.

[I don't personally know if Dave Sugar has released his COMMAND.COM program
into the public domain or shareware worlds, but I suspect that's the other
thing you've uploaded and I know it to be copyrighted and formerly for sale.]
