I have an Apple //e (one of the nice (?) shiney new platinum ones), and no special equipment, just an Imagewriter II and 2 apple 5.25" floppies (plus the ubquitous Apple ColorMonitor //). I wonder in someone here could tell me just howinnahell I download stuff from the thread. I have an old 1200 baud apple Modem, and an old copy of Apple Term. It's so old that it runs under ProDOS 1.0!!! Can anyone a: tell me how to download, and b: recommend a good freeware or shareware telecommunications software package?
