Well, here is version 2.0 of Blankinit.  It is a screen blanker for the
Apple IIgs Only.  It is an init that installs at boot time and blanks
the screen after the inactivity period has been reached.

Improvements
- Re-written in Assembly for speed.
- Accompanying CDA to allow change of delay or to turn it off on the
fly.
- Less crash prone.
- The CDA can be left inactive and only loaded when you want to change
prefs or turn it off.
