I began writing this last year after giving up trying to port
uudecode to hyperc (just something to do, not for the usefulness).
I haven't done anything with it in maybe 2 months (except fixing
one small bug tonight), so I figured I'd just bite the bullet and
post it.

docs are contained in the shrinkit archive, but it will run on
any // under prodos. No fancy user interface, but it *is* more
functional than binscii's interface. The idea was to keep it simple.
It's also relatively quick (of course, since the function of
uuencoding is relatively simple.

I welcome any comments, suggestions, or donations... I'm especially
interested in seeing if it handles the cr/lf combination files correctly.
