[net.micro] apple i/o slots

	I appreciate the responses I got on referencing Apple i/o slots from
Pascal. It seems that the method of choice is to use a variant (aka TRIX)
record which can be an integer (for the slot address) and a pointer (to
reference the slot). There are two excellent articles, with programs, in
BYTE magazine: Feb. 1981 and July 1981. Both resort to assembler, but the
second article uses much less than the first.
