This is a simple make utility, it intelligently figures which source files
have been changed by comparing against the object files and compiles those
files and links.  It all runs via shell scripts and variables, except for
one executable that sets a shell variable to flag compiling, so you can
really customize or modify all you want, its very flexible.  It also
doubles as a project manager of sorts, allowing you to help organize files
and multiple projects you are working on.  Documentation included.
