[net.micro] 8080 to Z80 source converter

I sent this to fa.info-cpm recently but got no reply, so I'm posting it
here as well.

Does anyone have (or have info on) a program to convert 8080 ASM source
mnemonics to Z80 ASM mnemonics, preferably to run on CP/M?
