[comp.std.c] Reference manual for the C Programming Language.

I am interested in obtaining this manual, if one exists.  How do I
order one and from what orginization.  I imagine that I must get it
from ANSI, Inc.  If anybody has done this or if you know how to get
the manual, please let me know.
