I think it might have been "hershtools". As I recall it looked like a very interesting package, and I was eager to get it going (so was another fellow here who was after the cyrillic font!). Unfortunately there was a shell-script, involved in some phase of putting the package together on the recipient system, which used a utility not present in our Berkeley distributions. Everything up to that point worked just fine. I didn't have time to create a version of the absent utility, and got put under pressure to reduce disk space, so I reluctantly deleted it all.
