Their mailer is aparently set up to prioritize jobs with respect to request size. Smaller jobs are acted upon first. There is also a 100K request size limit. I suspect that they are treating the server as the lowest priority task on their system. My last request took almost a week to receive. Your requests are acknologed by return EMAIL and then your job is queued.
