[comp.fonts] PostScript version of Chicago

cloos@batcomputer.tn.cornell.edu (James H. Cloos Jr.) (08/10/88)

I was wonderring if anyone out there in netland has made a Postscript
version of Apple's Chicago font. (This includes anyone at Apple or
Adobe.) I personally would be willing to pay for it, and feel that many
other people would, too. I haven't yet seen how a 48 pt version looks at
.25 magnification (as the Quickdraw Laser Writer would print it) but the
12 pt. version printed at 1.0 magnification with smoothing on _o_r off
leaves a bit to be desired. An outline version would be even better.

Anyone with any pointers to a postscript version please send me mail
and/or post. (Edit the followup-To: and Newsgroups: lines as you see
fit.)
