[comp.fonts] wanted: CRT bitmap font as PostScript

Anyone know of a PostScript constant-width font that
looks like CRT characters? (i.e. the characters are
made up of dots)?  Ideally, I'd like a program that
takes something like a vfont file as input and outputs
a PostScript font and a .afm file.
