[comp.fonts] attractive fonts for G3 fax

[alt.fax is a new group, edit the Newsgroups: line appropriately if
it's not available on your site.]

Does anyone have information on attractive bitmap fonts available that
are tuned to the G3 Fax image density -- 203 by 196 for fine mode,
203 by 98 in standard mode. Either fax machines or cards that have
nice looking fonts, or pd or commercial bitmaps available directly.

No, not directly, but that's *about* the resolution of the HP deskjet
printer.

Alternativly, you could use the 300 dpi Laserjet fonts if you
use the smaller point sizes - these are specifically tuned to
look good at the smaller point sizes and should work quite well.
