"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." -- Arthur C. Clarke A few weeks ago I made it known that I was seeking a MacIntosh font which looked like Albertus, the font used in the TV series: The Prisoner. I received many requests to pass along the information once I had it, but regrettably no one seems to have bothered making a version for the Mac. The closest we can get apparently is: 1) a font made by Adobe called Galliard; 2) a font called Lydia or Lydian, publisher unknown. I was unable to reach some of those people who E-mailed me, (particularly the gentleman from the United Kingdom (I say, what are you doing mixing around with us American chappies?)), and there seemed to be such an avid interest in the question, that I thought I would post this general response. And so I have. Be seeing you. . . __________________________________________________________________ "May the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house."
