The Adobe fonts from X11R3 are very good. They have a Helvetica, Times, Courier, and New Century Schoolbook. So is the Bitstream Charter. They all come in a variety of weights and sizes. Most are for 75 dpi, but some are for 100 dpi. These fonts can be found in ASCII format .bdf files in the X11R3 distribution.
