From: N.Chapman@uk.ac.ucl.cs we have a xenotron typesetting system, which uses bitstream's outline fonts. i have written a dvi-to-xenotron program to drive it from tex output. i know it's possible to produce tfm files from bitstream fonts, but what i would really like to do is use computer modern fonts on the xenotron, for uniformity with our previewers and in order to typeset maths. so, does anyone know whether bitstream have produced outlines (not bitmaps) for cm fonts, or whether they plan to do so? my only contacts with bitstream are indirect and tenuous, hence my appeal to comp.fonts. --nigel chapman arpanet: chapman@cs.ucl.ac.uk janet: n.chapman@uk.ac.ucl.cs
