Whats the actual Version of the Macintosh program
Fontographer? Whats the difference to version 2.3?
Who made experiences with the newer version?
Is it worth the money?
Are there better programs for creating postscript
fonts on a Macintosh?
Please send me mail.

riem@ztivax.uucp

I will summarize the answers, if any.
Thanks.

Unless you're really going to create new typefaces on a regular
basis, consider the combination of a good PostScript drawing
program (Illustrator or FreeHand) combined with Altsys' Art Importer
(formerly KeyMaster). AI takes drawings and creates a downloadable
typeface and screen bitmaps which you can fine tune with AI's editor.
